This consultation includes a 45-minute detailed skin assessment, during which we evaluate your skin condition using the Observ 520X diagnostic system, establish a clinical diagnosis, and develop a personalised treatment plan.

The Observ 520X uses multiple light modalities (including daylight, polarised and UV light) to assess both surface and deeper skin structures,
allowing identification of concerns such as pigmentation, vascular changes, dehydration, sebum levels and early signs of ageing that are not visible under standard lighting conditions.

The consultation also includes a review of relevant medical history, current skincare and treatment objectives. Based on the findings, we provide a structured, evidence-based treatment plan with clear guidance on suitable options, expected outcomes and any clinical considerations. The consultation fee is fully redeemable against treatments or product purchases.
